2 minutes read time
Hi, so recently I watched this TV-show properly. I saw some episodes when I lived in Lithuania and very long time ago.
Didn’t realise how amazing and deep it actually is.
If you haven’t watched – don’t read or it will be spoilers for you. Go watch it and then read 😀
So, first of all, I was surprised how many deep messages it has. It shows compassion, love, understanding, choices, mistakes, lessons and also out of box thinking. It sends a beautiful message – peace and love are the most important things. Connection with each other – no matter how different we are – is the most important thing. It evens talks about trauma and healing. Revenge, power and justice.
I truly was amazed and touched by each episode of this animation.
However, I wanted to share my biggest take away. So, in order for Aang to reach avatar state, he had to clean/heal his chakras. Yes! Can you imagine they’re talking in there about chakras and reaching the higher state of self! In children animation??
Anyway. By healing chakras, you reach higher state of mind.
- Earth chakra – fears and survival. What are you scared the most? Surrender those fears.
- Water chakra – pleasure. Blocked by guilt. What do you blame yourself for? Accept the reality that these things happened, but don’t let them poison your energy. Forgive yourself.
- Fire chakra – power. Blocked by shame. What are you ashamed of? Let it go.
- Love chakra – blocked by grief. Let the pain flow away.
- Sound chakra – deals with the truth. Blocked by lies – the ones we tell ourselves.
- Light chakra – deals with insight and is blocked by illusion of separation. We are all connected.
- Thought chakra – pure cosmic energy is blocked by earthly attachment. Meditate on what attaches you to this world. Let all of those attachments go.
I found on YouTube 7 chakras healing music and I’m using exactly this to meditate and clear my chakras. It is amazing. It does help.
This TV-show also reminded to me not to take everything so seriously and have fun. It is easy to get involved in worlds problems and forget to play. Yes, you heard me right. Play. Because life should be playful and enjoyable. Where we can all inspire and help to each other.
The ending of this TV-show was brilliant. When Aang chose not to kill fire nation leader. He chose differently. This inspired me so much, because we all tend to think black and white. Only this or that. But what if we choose the third, fourth of fifth option?
I rarely share about TV-shows or films (although, I love them and watch them all the time), but this one – guys, this TV-Show is perfection. (Attack on Titan is as well <3 )
