So, who you are?

Hello,

I was thinking about purpose of soul, healing and general life things.

Once I wrote this post about life waves and how it can take you anywhere, especially if you don’t control them. It is like floating in an ocean, it may bring you to the shore, but you may be floating. If you want to gain control of direction, you need to build something that would help you to get there. You need improvement.

I also wrote one post about a soul purpose, I was in very negative space at that time, and I wrote that I don’t believe in a soul purpose anymore.

However, since doing healing, I do believe there is one. Of course, everyone will have different things in their life and different purpose. But for me it is self-improvement that is a soul purpose. To be the best version of yourself. That is in my opinion what a soul purpose is. Because you can have that career, that relationship, fame, but if your mind is unclear and unhealed – it won’t do much. Your mind will still be looking for something, something better, something more. But nothing will change. Because purpose comes within us, not from external circumstances and not from others.

Fulfillment comes from within. That is what I realised, if you won’t build yourself, won’t build your ship, you will be floating around the ocean being clueless. Without any purpose. You will get good and bad, but that won’t bring purpose.

In my opinion, if you clearly don’t know yourself, if you cannot improve, then how can you know your career goals or what relationship you want? I think those people who truly knows themselves can get all things together, because they know exactly what they are looking for.

I was lost my whole life, didn’t know anything. I was fully going by a programme that was installed in my brain from childhood. I was floating. Now I am not surprised I couldn’t feel good or feel happy! I didn’t know what I was doing or what I wanted. I didn’t know myself.

I think our main purpose is self-improvement and simply being a human. Experience of being a human. Everything else in the end won’t matter when you’ll be by yourself.

When we hear people saying we were brainwashed and programmed – indeed we are. If not by our governments, then by our family. If not family, then friends. Look at the cultures, countries and traditions. How many differences there can be different point of views and different mindsets!

From schools we are being asked – what career do you want, what kind of girlfriend or boyfriend you want, marriage, kids etc. We get expectation to be special, to be the best. But did someone ask us – what are our values? Who we are as a human? What do we stand for and what not?

Nothing about our psychology. Nothing about us. Then we all go graduate universities, half of us choose it because of our parents, half of us because it is a trend, half of us just choose randomly. After graduation we get to the real world, and we get lost. So, what do we actually want?

Ever wondered, why most of your groupmates don’t even work the subject they studied for?

Yeah, because they realised what they actually want.

Knowing your wants and needs is good and healthy. (As long as it doesn’t abuse other, I feel like I always need to mention that 😀 ).

And what unities us all?

The fact that we are humans. If look at the animal kingdoms or their behaviour, they don’t have so many differences as we do. Of course, there are many species, different looks, but they don’t discriminate each other or hate. They live in this cycle – eat, reproduce, sleep, fight and play. We, however, came up with so many things – arts, technologies, food, sports and etc. Imagine now a tiger playing a piano 😀 only in our imagination.

So, that is why I think the sole purpose, is to self-improve and become the best version of yourself as much as you can. That is where the whole meaning is. Become yourself. Be yourself. Create a life that you want.

And let me tell you that self-improvement, change of your own programmes and brainwashing is not easy. When whole life you were living by certain habits, they are difficult to change, especially when they are unconscious decisions.

Childhood – we receive one programme; adulthood is time to create our own programme. And that is how cycle goes on.
