Hello,
I never had an opportunity to move out when I was in my hometown, Lithuania. Since I moved to England, I already had to move in and out 3 times less than in a year.
Don’t know what kind of experiences you have with it or what feelings it gives to you but honestly I hate it. First of all, that makes you tired. Secondly, you need to adjust to a new place. Thirdly, each time I think that I want to get rid off half of the things I have because even though I don’t have much in here, it is still a lot. Mostly I’m talking about clothes, but other stuff too. I don’t have much furniture, just some gear for filming and my laptop.
Some people find it really nice to do interior design. But I don’t fancy much because the place is not mine and I’m only renting. I can’t do much in there. In my hometown home I could do anything. That was exciting to me. But when you don’t know how long you’ll be in a place it is not worth it. As long as it serves simple needs it is enough.
Moving out and in takes so much time, energy and strength. It is like a gym for the whole moving out time. I mean you can always rent a car or find a solution, but when you want to safe money you have to do everything by yourself. So yes… I don’t like it.
The only thing which is exciting to me is to show for friends and my mum how place looks like, how I changed stuff. Otherwise is an headache.
What is your opinion or experience with moving out and in?
